Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked 48), or the next business day for FedEx 24. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship to UK addresses only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can usually be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards along with secure online payment methods available at checkout.

Do bikes come fully assembled?

Most bikes are delivered partially assembled to ensure safe transportation. Basic assembly instructions are included in the package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
