Shipping policy

We process and ship orders from our fulfilment location in the United Kingdom. We currently ship to UK addresses only and do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday; orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

  • Express Delivery (FedEx 24): Free for orders over £100.00, otherwise £10.99. Estimated transit is the next business day after dispatch. FedEx delivers Monday to Friday.
  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Free for orders over £100.00, otherwise £4.99–£5.99. Estimated transit is typically 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivers Monday to Saturday.

Neither carrier delivers on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or high-demand periods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
