We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products (including special order items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item. Once the return has been accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Warranty Information
All products sold by Control BMX are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or assembly
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Failure to have bikes professionally assembled
All bikes must be assembled by a professional mechanic for any warranty to remain valid.
